Brian was very prompt in giving estimates, very professional, guided me in color decision as I wanted to stain the floors a different color from original floor color. This is an older home and the workmanship is outstanding, it looks like the floors have been replaced with new flooring! I would highly recommend Maloney hardwood Floors to anyone looking to refinish or replace flooring. I also had new hardwood floors put in kitchen which runs into existing dining room and they are beautiful.
